Sono solo una piccolissima parte di annunci che si trovano in rete. Sono tutti molto simili all'anuncio Tarom. I requisiti sono sempre type e +500 sulla macchina. I tuoi amici hanno provato anche tutte queste strade e sono a piedi cmq senza una chiamata?
Cmq io mi riferivo ai requisiti che le compagnie vogliono. Di compagnie che cercano ce ne sono diverse ma gli annunci si riferiscono tutti a chi ha type e + 500. Insomma nulla di diverso ora rispetto a tempo addietro.
Saranno belle notizie invece quando si leggerà finalmente di qualcuno che cerca "no type rated". Allora si.

Il problema è che attualmente di persone abilitate al 320, 737 o MD80 + 500 ore ce ne sono a centinaia, basta vedere quanti ne escono dai vai corsi windjet. Credete che basta avere 500 ore sulla macchina per essere chiamati? Forse una volta...
questi sono quelli che intasano il mercato, probabile che molti di loro non abbiano nemmeno le competenze e qualitativamente siano molto scarsi, visto che non hanno passato una selezione vera, ma hanno solo messo mano al portafoglio della nonna.
Questa "scorciatoia" deve finire. Un conto è pagarsi il type rating quando si ha la garanzia di un lavoro fisso, ma quando lo sia fa come tentativo, proprio non lo condivido, sopratutto quando per accontentare loro come clienti si manda a casa gente con esperienza.
Questo sistema deve finire e l'Enac deve intervenire.

l'ENAC ci guadagna di sicuro e non interverrà mai.
E purtroppo le compagnie sono interessate solo a gente con già il type e 500 ore e non a gente che eventualmente se lo pagherebbe a fronte di un lavoro sicuro dopo.
Questa cosa non esiste! Persino le compagnie cinesi sfigate richiedono il type + ore sulla macchina ormai.
Ormai avere type è il requisito minimo per fare il pilota, alla stregua di ciò che è un CPL per poter lavorare: o ce l'hai o non fai il pilota.
In bocca al lupo a quelli della Tarom.

Visto che il 3D (coi "soliti" contributi...) stà STRANAMENTE finendo in vacca (cioè PRO-SSTR vs ANTI-SSTR e pugnette simili) prima che venga sigillato dai mods posto il link a tutte le vacancies aperte in TAROM:
