Mistake 1, the PF would normally ask you to switch NAV frequency's, these things happen. Its how you both deal with the mistake. Mistake 2, I would have thought you making a go around due to not being happy that you are stable would be the right decision, as a trainer I would be more concerned if you chose to carry on if you are unstable. Again its how you handle the go around and deal with it. Of course these are my own views as a TRE, have you asked for feedback where you went wrong? Sorry I cannot help more |
