I am a shortlisted female too 
My assessment is on the 4th of October. I'm also super curious but tbh a bit nervous about what group exercises we might expect. I'm traveling to the assessment from mainland Europe so yeah I'm really hoping to succeed.

I was shortlisted to join the Aer Lingues assessment day on the 28th of September in Dublin. Is anyone who attended the assessment center in the past few years willing to share what we can expect?
I heard stories about Lego games, Towers of Marshmallows, and pasta, etc, etc...and also I heard that a SIM exercise with different scenarios will be given to the successful applicants (. if you pass the team games and the interview)
I am getting a little bit nervous because earlier this year I failed the group exercise with Wizz air,and Dublin is literally thousands of miles away.
Also is there are any other shortlisted females? Please let me know xxxx

Assessment Center exercises?

Hi,
I found the Carlton prices a bit of a rip-off, so I booked my accommodation in Metro Hotel Dublin Airport, which is pretty close to the carlton but more than 100 EUR cheaper. I'm flying to the assessments from Budapest, Hungary.

Metro is the opposite side of the airport and across a motorway, you can probably get a bus though. Carlton hotel is walkable to the airport.

I just received a very wired email.
it is written that my session has been cancelled!
I had a secure spot for 28th of September.
I literally sorted out my flight tickets and accommodation.
Any suggestions? What I suppose to do?

Really? Did they provide any reason, mines on the 26th and I’ve received no more emails since. That’s honestly a mess if they are cancelling people like that. I would double check with them if that’s a mistake as surely they would know people are booking travel/accommo.

it is just written that my session has been cancelled followed by the date and the time of the meeting.
The email look pretty legit (sent by Nobox solutions)

I was looking forward for this meeting,and also I already sorted out my accommodation and flights.
In my opinion I passed did very well on the aptitude test. I’m really confused. It’s not fair at all !

I think we need to be weary of some of the posts, obviously these threads are accessible to the world and there could be some malicious intent, for example trying to get into WhatsApp groups when people have not even applied etc

This is a good point to make. Everyone should keep in mind that you are all competing against each other. That's something that guys aren't realising when they come here asking for advice about the assessment day or asking to swap days.
