hello all

ive applied for the cadet in november, i got the email saying i was missing my flight school report(it wasnt detailed enough i guess, as i did upload one) but they told me that the application was rejected and i couldnt move forward with it, on the website they say you can apply only once but to keep the docs updated anyway, does this mean "suck to suck. look elsewhere" or it means im in the pool and in november(12 months as if i failed the assessment) i can apply again to it and have all ready to go again?

i couldn't find any email from them to ask about this, or any openday webinair dates, so if anyone knows the answer thank you

Ryanair online assessment for Cadet

Hello guys,

I did my online assessment for cadet position and I had to do 10 tasks Includes pre-recorded interviews HR questions. I did all the tasks perfectly including the interview except one question which I got blackout and it wasn’t too smooth.

I would like to ask if anyone know if Ryanair look at the overall performance when they make the decision or a specific things?

Kinda afraid to failed my entire assessment due to bad performance on that 1 HR questions.

Also, how long does it take to them to send the results of the online assessment?

Thanks

Just my thought, but I would assume they look at the overall picture. Hang on there buddy and keep faith, especially if you’ve done all other tests perfectly!

They have tons of applicants so it seems they rarely call people again these days, at least not any time soon. I have kept my application updated for 2 years after failing and heard nothing sadly (I have APS/MCC)

1 year. Or never. If you did a Ryanair mentored APS you will get another chance.

Its abit frustrating not knowing if they will call you again or not. Assume that they wont and explore other options. I know few who got called after 3-4 years after failing. Would be interesting to know on what basis they invite candidates for reassessment

After failing assessment you can re-apply after 6 months unless they state otherwise.

why did you failed?

I flunked performance in my first sitting and it's bothered me ever since because I had heard it's quite the disadvantage
I have been invited after 3 days

But these donuts have one of the best salaries currently on offer, so if you are contractor, this works highly in your favour providing you have 30€K!
But as things are starting look alot like 2017 I can see 30K soon being done away with
