I have participated their assessment last month. I'd like to answer your questions.

First you go through simulator test. It's within IFTC(Istanbul Flight Training Center), then they ask you to do visual approach, one engine out climb, raw data ils approach to LTAI.
Then you have to go through 11 pilot aptitude tests. These were the hardest part. Approximately %60 of applicants were eliminated during those tests.
After those tests, there is role-play interview with a captain and then interview with a psychologist from Netherlands. Those were easy.
I was able to pass all of those, until the general interview. It was quite good for me. But since they require references from Turkish pilot, I was not be the one who got selected. That might be different for expat pilots. I would like to answer your questions if you have any.

Thank you so much, you’ve been a great help.unfortunately,I couldn’t make it to the interview,as HR. contacted me and asked me to provide them with EU PASSPORT AND EASA licence,mt licence and passport if not in that category.

You're very welcome! I am sure you'll find a better opportunity. What makes you wanna fly with them that much, if you don't mind me asking?

Sorry to hear that but basically if you dont have a reference from a Turkish Pilot you wont pass, did I understand that correct? If so then they could do that from the start and you wouldnt have to go through all that.

They have been doing that way for a long time I suppose, which left a bad impression of company on others. For this year, theyíve called everyone who has applied. Out of 45, only 15 of us were able to pass through simulator, psychometrics tests, role play, psychological interview. It is quite exhaustive by the way. 12 of them were hired by the company. I was the one among those 3 people who werenít hired. I havenít got any proper feedback even though Iíve called them and asked the HR of the company.

If you could DM me, I could give you more detailed information about the whole process than I put here. My assessment was in September/October. So Iíve gone through all. Good luck!
