Freebird Airlines - Turkey

Hi

Has anyone had any dealings with this airline? Good or bad.

Just been called for a sim session and interview with this airline. I have to also carryout out an independent mollymawk test before I get to the sim and interview. I was just wondering if this was normal. If so, any advice on completing it etc

Thanks

Hey

got a mail too. screening 737 NG ( basic flying).
this is a typical assesment in turkey. Mollymawk is like DLR but much easier.

Thanks for the response.

Have you done the mollymawk test before? Whats your flying experience?

Hot of the Press!!

Just been on the phone to the HR Manager, they are looking at hiring around 10 first officers and the Type ratings is bonded for 6 months or so. This means minimum wage for 6 months then on to the full wage.

Thats all folks :-)

BAe 146-100 27th Nov 2013 21:04

How do they get around the 1500 hour ruling that is specific to Turkey, also whenever they advertise it is always for people with hours on type. This company has never been one to take on low timers, especially expats, if they have it hasn't been advertised for a long time.

Fanor 27th Nov 2013 22:51

What 1500 hour rule are you talking about?

Turbavykas 28th Nov 2013 07:57

Well.. I applied today at 21:10 then received mail that They saved my declaration. Then at 21:20 i received message:
How did you apply? I filled "Employment Application Form" like two years ago but never heard from them. I don't see any apply button. Do I miss anything? Please advice! Thanks!

Anyone else going to be at the sim session on the 17th December?

Sait 3rd Dec 2013 23:58

Fanor 4th Dec 2013 00:30

My Mollymawk is next Friday. They told me to bring my results with me. And I havent done a TOEIC because I am a native english speaker educated in the UK so I assume I do not need one.
