They have been doing that way for a long time I suppose, which left a bad impression of company on others. For this year, they’ve called everyone who has applied. Out of 45, only 15 of us were able to pass through simulator, psychometrics tests, role play, psychological interview. It is quite exhaustive by the way. 12 of them were hired by the company. I was the one among those 3 people who weren’t hired. I haven’t got any proper feedback even though I’ve called them and asked the HR of the company.
