Thanks for the info. Would you if all cabin crew that they got from different countries will be taken in by the new management? I heard that aside from Ex Eagle crew and crew from WW, they also got crew from Azerbaijan, Thailand and Philippines.

Dear Friends

Hi dear Friends.I am frim Azerbaijanian crew.Today they call us .We were 38 people.firstly they show us a papers about work condotion. Then we filled blanks for visa for Albania Rep. and it was wreten that we will work for Albanian Airlines.Anything about Eagle Aviation europe.
They told that home base will be in Tirana. We asked the copy of real contract. They sent us
It was not suituble.first of all they dont show the min flight hours and max flight hours.Only is written 100 hours.
They will not pay for flight hours.Only if we will fly over 100 hours , they will pay 15 usd per hour.Basic salary 1000 Usd.Any bonuses any additional comissions.food given only when we will be on duty.in home base any food.
Most of us rejected this contract .and we dont want to go Tirana under this conditions.
I dont know what will be in future. But this is was so bad.

It didn't take Eagle too long to learn from their past mistakes, believe it or not, you will get people accepting that salary, but considering that it equates to 675 Euros, I doubt that they will employ many Europeans!

I curious to see if they ever succeed in getting the 744 into operation....

Folks,

Actually, it was not a real contract, it was something that might look like a contract, absolutely unclear and suspicious, reflecting only few points like wages, homebase etc. They offer 1000 USD only without any commissions, block hours, lay overs, etc (superb)..Overtimes would be paid after 100 flight hours (fantastic),annual leave 30 days (after completing one year of work) (lovely). In fact. we may gain this money in Azerbaijan without exposing our lives to a risk. There was also mentioned that in case of contract termination we will bear our return ticket costs and must leave Albania during 48 hours (kind of Persona non grata). Many of us have already refused working for "X" aviation with "X" contract. Of course, these might be applied to Azerbaijani staff only, but the way they treat after long-long months of waiting, is very disappointing..

Good luck for the rest!

Hi guys and dreamer 0430,

As for the Philippine Crew, we were released by our agency last month. Our documents were returned and medical expenses we reimbursed. They said that they will keep our file just in case the deal with eagle air pushes through..... as if it will. So bye bye eagle.

Time to say thank you to Eagle and Wynnwith for screwing over a lot of hopefuls that really wanted to get flying, what a sad story!

Lesson learnt: Be VERY careful and critical with recruitment agencies like Wynnwith, Zenon, Aeropro etc.and get everything in writing before you commit or give up what you have.
These agencies are the link between aspiring crew and the operator, so you might as well find an agency that is reputable and will stick their neck out for you iso sending b*llsh*t emails every other friday stating the obvious.

Nothing unexpected in what I can read from your posts. If you have read one of my first answers on that thread you should have been well aware of what sort of outfit EAE is.(page one)
I have received a lot of PM; I made it clear unless you are absolutly desperate, you do not want to be part of the game.
I am quite sadened that they have, once more, harmed a lot of people.

Bonne chance anyway.

And it says as well very soon will open destinations as Beijing and later USA.
