I knew this language " complaint" was going to be controversial. Guys, I don't care which language you use in the forum... or which languages do you speak... its just a matterof being polite towards the rest of the people. Since most of us are not french, dutch/flemish, german, spanish, etc speakers and we all speak (or at least we try ) English, that's the language we should speak. English is not my mother tongue and I've seen people in this forum whos speak my language but there's no reason tot alk to them in our language... plus the rest of you have the right to understand what we're talking about.
Flying_Blue.... EAE could be a French company but French is not a must to get a job with them... to be more specific, most of us don't speak the language and we got the job!!
Let's have fun guays and share the information.... I haven't received a reply to my email btw.
Do you guys know if Yellow fever is the only vaccination we need?? I've been doing some research over the internet and found out to get into Saudi Arabia you need meningitis vaccination as well....

very helpful update! :)
From MNL it is pretty much the same, 1000USD Basic Salary and 50USD allowance. They got 3 batches of Filipino crew, first 15 will leave next month i think. Im Batch 3 i dont want to leave yet ) I worked for another Airline which operated/ and is still operating for Saudia Arabian airlines so i think we're gonna stay in a compound, fly the same roster day in day out for a 6 month span

layover
with the previous airline we stayed at 5star hotels during layovers and its shouldered by Saudia. We had Pakistan, India, Tunisia layovers. I hope destinations for Eagle Air will be better.

Much ado about nothing
As already said earlier, FlyingBlue and I were just sending jokes to each other. I could feel sorry that you felt embarrassed about it, but honestly i do not.
Now as you said, we all manage to talk to each other in English so i do agree with you, let's stick to it, but do not blame anyone using another language as even English is not supposed to be used in that section of pprune.
Let's focus on Eagle and try and share info when we get them instead of.... well, i'm sure you get my point !

ok so here we go..finally..
i belong to the first batch of the filipino crews that was hired by Eagle and on Aug31 will be our show-up/interview in Netherlands embassy for the business visa. We will be leaving on sept13 via KLM airlines departure time will be 1045am phil. time arrival time will be 1800 ams time;it will be more or less 13hr flight, going to Amsterdam for a 20-day training, we'll be back on oct4 here in the philippines for the processing of working visa going to JED. The 2nd batch as i've heard from my friend will be leaving hopefully on oct4. Novotel hotel in amsterdam is where we will be staying and CAE training center will be our beloved school.. there will be a $50 allowance/day and it will be given everyday according to the agency staff in here. i believe there will be some thais and malaysians on the training as well, so see you there guys! hoping that everything will run smooth because it's only 2 weeks more or less for the departure. definitely the base will be in JED (not new to me coz i already worked in Saudia before, so if you have questions about living in Saudi Arabia just PM me..) but not yet sure about the accomodation well i hope we will be staying in LOTUS 4, i've seen the compound and it is so private and cool..but if the rumours about the money matters i dont think so..well..insha allah everything will be in God's will..see you guys!!!merci!

Thai Crew are delayed!!
I just got call from our local agency that 1st group will be delayed ... since we have not sign our employment contract yet... The interview appointment with The Netherlands Embassy will be postponed from 31 Aug to 14 Sep (This is not confirmed yet)... which means the training period will also be postponed as well... don't know until when ...
Is there anyone here know that EAE has got its license or whatever yet ??
I'm not sure that what our local agent here told me was accurate... she said things like EAE license is not legalised yet... ???
Anyway we Thai crew still have to wait ... again ...
