Two (2) downgrades for AABO. And everyone of the AABO Captains are junior to the majority of those on the main list who were downgraded.

When When

When is it going to be that instead of mainline pilots being downgraded they take out ALL of the AABO pilots who are WAY JUNIOR to the pilots that are on the list to be downgraded!!!! IT IS Time to do something about it.

Enough is enough!

Thumbs down Aacs / Aabo

If I am reading the list correct, there are actually two -200 CA going to -400 CA at AABO how is this possible when they are downgrading Captains in the states

I think you should all demand answers from Union reps here, or perhaps Roland.

During my days at Atlas we were told that as long as AACS was there, not one Atlas crew member will get furlough. well by now we all know that is BS.

I just can not believe the DIRTY DOZEN keeps being grandfather in while senior guys get downgraded

Funny thing about the aviation world is that inevitably what goes around comes around.

I wish to emphasize that my finding on the merits of this case was that Atlas’ flying of Polar’s business was the direct cause of all the furloughs and downgrades at issue here

So lets see. Atlas was flying DHL first - so to use your logic the DHL flying is Atlas' (remember the Polar logic is that if they ever first flew any route structure or code shared with any other airline, or even flew into any particular city, then the flying was theirs) - so that means that Polar, now flying DHL, has directly resulted in the Atlas furloughs and downgrades. Is that about right? I wonder how Holden would see that.

Isn't it time to move on? Do you really feel the need to open this discussion up yet again? Atlas and Polar are a few short months from completing the crew merged list which is horribly unfair to both groups (in their own opinions) - so lets work on leaving sleeping dogs lie and find some common ground to move forward on.

Now is the time to stop it "going around" so it stops "coming around." We have that opportunity now, so lets not waste it over past hurts on both sides. Easier said than done.....I know!
