furloughed:
I wish to emphasize that my finding on the merits of this case was that Atlas’ flying of Polar’s business was the direct cause of all the furloughs and downgrades at issue here
Lawrence T. Holden, Jr.
Impartial Chairman
So lets see. Atlas was flying DHL first - so to use your logic the DHL flying is Atlas' (remember the Polar logic is that if they ever first flew any route structure or code shared with any other airline, or even flew into any particular city, then the flying was theirs) - so that means that Polar, now flying DHL, has directly resulted in the Atlas furloughs and downgrades. Is that about right? I wonder how Holden would see that.
Isn't it time to move on? Do you really feel the need to open this discussion up yet again? Atlas and Polar are a few short months from completing the crew merged list which is horribly unfair to both groups (in their own opinions) - so lets work on leaving sleeping dogs lie and find some common ground to move forward on.
