Couldn't agree more. Just required a minor tweak and it would have been good to go.

Or they could go with the HKTA campaign ' HK it takes your breath away' that was to be launched the week SARS started. Just replace the HK with CX.

At least now rostering may well do something about those split duties

The Captain sets the tone and standards for the cockpit and management set the same for the company.

Put crap in, get crap out. Start looking at the top of the ladder instead of the bottom for this blame game.
