Presumably your FMC goes all the way to the MNL overhead & then teardrops all the way back out to TARA.Then when you get direct TARA you find yourself 4000' high.

Are you people serious? Were you all teetering on the edge and just waiting for this guy to push you over? Having to regularly put up with **** people pull out of their ass and call it sop not being able to show where it's in writing (which means it's not sop) in the sim or plane, I thought most of us had learned to shake our head and ignore or just say aha, aha, OIC, aha, OIC.
Calm down already... PEACE !!!

Nicely put Heavywrenchflyer, but what you have seen here is only the tip of the iceberg when it comes to this Rottweiler of China Airlines. Many good (and bad) pilots have left because of him. Like a cockroach he gets everywhere, day or night.
Roster change: You find yourself working with him.
Standby day: You are called out to fill empty sim seat so a workmate can do his check, only problem, no matter if you were due for check or not, you are also under check. Guess who might be the IP.
Shaking head and saying "OIC" does not cut it. This is Rottweiler remember.
Life is too short.

Nah mate, I wouldn't want to dethrone you from your rightfully demonstrated position.
I humbly accept that your TOOL factor is way bigger than mine.
Your wife's a very lucky man.

Of course people are going to read his stuff because this is caricature of airline training departments around the world. Very interesting, entertaining and informative for all us aviation buffs.
