Nicely put Heavywrenchflyer,but what you have seen here is only the tip of the iceberg when it comes to this Rottweiler of China Airlines. Many good (and bad) pilots have left because of him. Like a cockroach he gets everywhere, day or night.
Roster change: You find yourself working with him.
Standby day: You are called out to fill empty sim seat so a workmate can do his check, only problem, no matter if you were due for check or not, you are also under check. Guess who might be the IP.
Shaking head and saying "OIC" does not cut it. This is Rottweiler remember.
Life is too short.
