Flight Crew Licence Ratings pages
can anyone tell me what we do when we have no room for any more entries on rating renewal/revalidation pages. I have asked FCL to send me a new page but have never received a reply
You really don't like your former employers, do you Whopity….

Good luck at getting any reply from CAA!
I have tried 3 email addresses multiple times to try and get my TRE privileges sorted, and not one reply except the automated “ we will get back to you”.....

It seems routine nowadays for the CAA to not reply to any communications.A breathtakingly incompetent organisation they have inflicted enormous harm on the U.K. aviation industry.Still Dame Deidre remains at the head of the organisation after so many years of decline ...how much longer?
An awful lot of nonsense being spouted on this thread! The main reasons why the CAA seems slow to respond are:
1. Personnel having to work on UK/EU exit contingency plans should a non-negotiated EU exit include leaving EASA.
2. Thousands of SOLI transfer requests.
3. Lazy people who could find the answers to their queries if only they'd bothered to look.
1&2 are due to the stupidity of Cameron's referendum; 3 is largely in the hands of individuals.

Meanwhile, the DVLA can issue a driving licence by return of post and The Passport Office can reissue a passport in 3 days. Wheras the CAA took 3 months after severfal pokes, to reissue an Examiner Certificate and shredded the payment form in the process. Clearly nonsense!
It must be awfully convenient that CAA incompetence steers licence holders into AOPA's arms. Only with a highly selective or defective memory could that incompetence be rationalised by Brexit. The UK CAA has had 4 to 6 years to make those preparations. Its counterpart in the Republic of Ireland functions normally despite a deluge of incoming licences. The simple task of despatching fresh certificates of revalidation hardly rises to the level of competency needed for contingency planning.
This time last year I had a licence privileges cock-up issue with FCL (or whatever they might be called this afternoon) and was getting nothing but nonsense, or nothing at all, out of FCL.(Along the lines of "we need another form, more money, send us the log books that we've just sent back to you, blah).
One e-mail to Mr Moriarty requesting his assistance got a response the same day from one of his staff and one week later a new, correct, licence in the post. It seems that the insoluble can become soluble with Mr Moriarty's help.
I proferred my sincere thanks for his assistance, just a shame I had to go that route.

I have to disagree with one or two posters here - I have had some very pleasant telephone conversations with the staff at Gatwick as well as email queries, promptly and politely responded to without resorting to further escalation. That said, it has taken ten weeks and counting for an amendment to the ratings page in my licence to be turned around but at least I am assured that they are busy working on it

The possible need for Brexit planning started with the pledge made Jan 2013 contingent on the Tories winning in 2015. Take that as incongruent if you want but it doesn't alter the fact that standards at personnel licensing deteriorated well before the referendum.

Thanks for offer of help. I sent an email to [email protected] and got a next day reply. Revalidation pages arrived next day. My issue was resolved.
