CFI. I have been down the same road as you re CAIR reports. Sometimes a de-identified copy is sent by ATSB to the crook at the same time that a de-identified copy goes to CASA for purported action. ATSB naively think that the crook will benefit from a friendly warning and mend his evil ways. Fat chance of that, of course!!The crook immediately does a witch-hunt to find out who dobbed him in so that he can cover his paper-work before CASA react (if they ever do). I have also seen where the crook has a mate in CASA who warns him that something is up and to lie low.. .The reason that you will rarely get any feed-back on the result of your CAIR report is that to aid confidentialty, the originator's address is destroyed (so I am assured). Maybe so. But with no feed-back to the CAIR writer who may have stuck his/her neck out in sending it in the first place, it tends to discourage further reports from being sent.

Most pilots in the company would be $hit scared to speak up at the moment beacause at a recent pilot meeting with the new chief pilot, it was said that if anyone was caught disclosing information about the company, it would be "instant dismissal".
I think the new chief pilot has breathed a breath of fresh air over the company....Seems to be a few smiling faces around at the moment!!

So, I wonder what this new CP's background is?? Anyone heard of previous unfair dismissals carried out by this little individual?? Sounds like he may be a puppet for management (cos the old CP is still there right?).

The word is, the new CP is NOT a puppet. He is one of Kakadu air's ex CP's, rumour is (once again just a rumour i never worked for them) is that he may have been a bit puppetish there, but has cleaned up his act, this i can say for sure.. .I've heard that he is even having arguments with the old CP about certain things, not sure what its about, could be the coffee he makes, could be something else.. .Anyway, he's doing his job, which is what he is SUPPOSED to do. <img src="smile.gif" border="0">

Well then. For those who remember the post a few months ago in regards to this guy, would also remember some people backing him up. But now look how the shoe is on the other foot. I agree with biggles72, the last CP is an absolute halfwit. I'm sure HA is licking his chops now. Finally he gets the last laugh. . .All I can say is this guy deserves what's coming to him. He should not be CP of another company in Oz again. If CASA do the right thing, I think that would be the final conclusion.. .I'm very happy to hear some guys put in CAIR reports, which probably assisted towards the downfall. If this goes to court then the CP isn't the only one responsible.. .Tell me how a person who comes from NZ and starts busking on the Gold Coast, goes on to own 5 houses around Oz. Surely i'm in the wrong profession. I should apply for the Town Clerk of a community. Somewhere like Armada(oops that's right, that place went broke after the CEO finished with it). People you should be informing ATSIC about this person. Some of the family live in DN, drives a Discovery to UNI and also gets paid CDEP. I think that really sayd it all. If you look deeper into it, you should find a lot more deceiving practices going on.

For your info MK490, ATSIC and the ILC and all the other bodies dont really give a rats arse.. .after going through the legal preceedings to TRY and obtain the moneys owed by GOVERNMENT sanctioned and protected bodies of the people we are talking about, all that came of it was an understanding about how the leagle structure of these organisations work.(I might add that a government approved consultant is usually involved at, a large cost to said organisations)....As it turns out, they are untouchable, so to speak.....kinda makes ya wonder how I pay taxes so I can support these mobs so they can sting me financially.....bugga, why bother? it'll never change!.

Wow, there's really a number of other really pi$$ed of people out there, quite frankly I'm not surprised, this CP (ahem FORMER CP) has burnt alot of people, and in the process of it, his own bridges too i dare say.. .Look at it, with the things he has done to employees, he has got on their bad sides, and if he wants another job anywhere EVER (as quite frankly the way the company is run, they will probably get their AOC suspended, and yes this is from 1st had experience, tho i shall say no names, plus im sure the CAIR reports should take care of that), he will NOT get one, as all these ex-employees would have moved on into decent positions, and if they EVER hear the name **** ******* (i wont say it, ill get in trouble, even though we all know it, and its been written plenty of times), they will go see managment about it.. .I hope one day justice is served out properly, what goes around comes around, and if thats truthful, then he has a HELL of a lot more to come around his way.. .Enjoy the rest of your life H***.

From my sources in the company, i've heard that the EX CP is still trying to exert some of his power.. .One thing i heard, was that the new CP and the NO LONGER CP to get a new name badge, as his current one has the words "Chief Pilot" written on it. Quite plainly he isn't anymore, and I hope that it stays that way, for all the poor fellas that work for there right now, and others that one day might be under his reign.. .So it seem that Air ngukurr have 2 CP's, and if you count the guy doing the training on the Bandit, that makes 3!!!. .3 CP's for a GA company, I don't think that happens very often!. .But all i can say is ONE is enough, so they may as well leave the current one, R**** D******, as CP as he seems to be doing his job properly.. .And you can always tell wehn a CP is doing his/her job, it's when the owners, or anyone who has an interest in the company, is fighing with the CP, and there looks as tho there is a fair bit of that going on!

Perhaps Mr EXCP has more problems than he had previously thought? Could it be that he upset more than just three or four of his pilots? He is such a nice guy though.
It is news to me that EXCP is having troubles with NEWCP. However I could have told you that this would happen the day the new boy took the controls. I do hear that EXCP just sees this as a minor glitch and that he will soon rise from the ashes. To once again pressure pilots to break the law and to endanger the lives of inocent pax. I for one hope.....beyond hope that this will not be so. CASA must act on this guy and make an example out of him and send a clear message to all like him.
