Thankyou for your prompt reply!!!! It helps knowing that other cabin crew would commute aswel, the only thing that worries me is when staff are on call? do they take into account that you live like 6 hours away?

Is anyone else starting on 6th of november?

Those who drive normally sit in a motorway service station about 2 hours from LHR if they are on standby.

We now do a month of standby although it is normally possible to get trips allocated in advance through the Pre Ops department. Within the month of standby you will be allocated one block with a 4 hour callout.
