Hi AD, Lish10, and Plobbo
So has anyone heard anything lately?
I uploaded my water competency last Friday 31st, and nothing so far. I was on a flight yesterday and was talking to the crew and after the water comp step is the medical, also they said Virgin only send you on a medical if they're wanting you to start employment with them. So sounds like we may all be very close. Keep us updated 😀 and good luck guys ✈️

If you check back on the previous pages of the thread a number of us have put in dates and times that we have experienced throughout our processes. You should be able to get a rough gauge in mind from that.

Hi, I'm currently doing mine at onlinersa.com.au - each state has different regulations, but there is a course on there that is recognised by all of the airlines. It's was $49 and takes about 4-5 hours to complete. (Don't need to do it all in one go, it saves where you are up to.) Just check the course number and make sure it's recognised by the airlines 😊

I'm not 100% sure - I'm guessing it will be as it's valid in Australia. I don't believe that New Zealand legally require RSA training to be done by even bar workers, I think it's just duty managers etc; different to Aus where everyone who serves alcohol is required to have RSA training. I presume you would be doing RSA for when you enter into Aus? Maybe just double check with Virgin. Hope this helps 😊

Hi still haven't heard anything since online test but I haven't lost hope, if it's meant to be it will.
All the best with your process. Let me know how you go.
