Is that a Ju-52/3m back right?
The challenge is very smart - Italian? But who was building aircraft like that in WW2? |
isn't it some sort of Caproni in the background ?

Wild guess as cannot find any photos: Polish RWD built sleek trainers like RWD-23. This might match the description for the RWD-26. But I did not find a photo. |

Mexican built TCAM "Sea TezIuitlan" Basic Trainer ? By the way, the aircraft in your photo post look so appealing to fly, I just might buy it and fly it within the remaining calendar days of the Festive Season.
|
Another great challenge :)
My missus reckons it is a Brazilian CAP/IPT Planalto A really cute little aeroplane :) https://i.imgur.com/gY86xTh.jpg |

I have passed congrats to the boss :) Unfortunately we are a little busy at the mo to find a difficult challenge so am afraid it will have to be a boring OH |
Nice looking machine, Ryan ST meets Bolkow 207, front end nicked from a Luscombe.

Stretched limo version of the OV-1 Mohawk |
I wonder if it's been cropped and in fact it's some sort of research ?glider? under the wing of something a lot bigger?

ah-ha - so possibly a turbo-prop...........................
|
almost the front end of an A-26 Invader - but not quite...............
|
Judging by the tow bar, the nose wheel must be a long way from the nose. Is this an aircraft that has had an experimental cockpit grafted onto the front?
|
While thinking about my previous post and the possible scale of the aircraft that nose was attached to, some of my "little grey cells" whispered Convair.
Bingo! https://cimg4.ibsrv.net/gimg/pprune....46034c6c1.jpeg https://www.nationalmuseum.af.mil/Vi...imulator-tifs/ Sitting behind all that perspex, I would have been a bit worried about birdstrikes. |

...or my post #510... |
For some reason my smiley emoji appeared at the start of my reply rather than the end: apologies if it came across as a bit abrupt. Anyhow you have it (emoji re-inserted) :) :ok:

Lots of hints from Quemerford, but I 42 was the first with the full answer. Over to you

Is that a Griffon engine on maybe a Shackleton?
|
No and no. A Griffon is not that ugly. |
The awesome Nomad.
