Rather handsome looking thing, American?

Is that a retractable undercarriage? This has resemblance of Comper Mouse, and I'd have the impression its early 30's european make?
|
I can't honestly tell you if the undercart retracts. Doesn't look like it?
This is a very rare machine from the land of wallabies and koalas. I only found one site which describes it - but with no photos. Powered by a six-cyl 200 hp Menasco Buccaneer engine. |
If it’s antipodean, Aussie pride demands a contribution.
The never completed Tugan Hawk C3? OH if so. |
I think CS might be on the right tracks, perhaps the Palcar TWA-4? If correct OH I’m afraid as nothing to hand.

Was thinking a 'Crushed Custer' but no evidence of the channel wing, so more likely the Baumann Brigadier?

Noyade has it: not a Crushed Custer but a Bandaged Brigadier. Over to you.

To me it looks like a Kiddy-Kopter Mk 1 with pine floorboards rotor blades. :ok:
