Rotary exhaust?

Noyade 6th Jul 2012 22:48

G'day Karl and Harley. :)

Starboard intake? That half-moon shape piece seems to be partially blocking it?

Karlark 6th Jul 2012 23:05

Not a rotary exhaust, HQ.
Yes, starboard intake, Noyade.

Noyade 6th Jul 2012 23:12

That half-moon shape piece
Boundary layer splitter? Looks primitive. Some zany country first generation jet? Australian? :)

Karlark 6th Jul 2012 23:21

Concave shaped half moon, not convex - optical illusion. Single copy, French, experimental... you know, about the size of a Pika.:)

Noyade 6th Jul 2012 23:36

We going way back to the 50's mate?

That French Delatreviex (spelling?) thingy?

Noyade 6th Jul 2012 23:41

you're probably speaking of the SNCASO ONERA Deltaviex
Looking for images now...

Noyade 6th Jul 2012 23:44

Karlark 6th Jul 2012 23:46
