(Heading out - good luck Trevor!)

skytrain10 17th Feb 2012 22:41

Morning Graeme

Homebuilt?
Yes:ok: First flown in the late 90's. Uses a car engine.

Closing down now...usual rules apply for the night shift.

Good night.

SincoTC 18th Feb 2012 09:21

Morning Ken,

I believe the EEL ULF-2 fits the bill ??

Edit to say I dismissed it last night 'coz it said the prototype first flew in 1993 but this morning I found it by a different route, looked again at wiki and saw that I'd missed where it said "The first ULF 2 completed by a customer was flown in 1999" :O

Lightning Mate 18th Feb 2012 10:11

Morning all. :)

On the "Boost" thread I seem to be banging my head against the wall.

Thanks Ken,

Here's what should be an easy one, I'm at work now and have visitors due later this morning, but will continue to monitor as often as possible :)

Not going down the lane to that nice pub then.

Your challenge looks like a tandem advanced tactical trainer.

skytrain10 18th Feb 2012 10:51

Hi Trevor....the Mitsubishi T-2CCV?

SincoTC 18th Feb 2012 10:56

Not going down the lane to that nice pub then.
Quite possibly :ok:

It did start out as a tandem trainer, but this one has another purpose :)

I feel for you re "Boost" (I have got to explain relative and absolute coordinate measurement systems to our guests). It'll be nice when you stop banging your head against a wall

SincoTC 18th Feb 2012 10:59

Yes Ken, it is the Mitsubishi T-2CCV :D! I was hoping that that vertical surface might have been forgotten,; not so :ugh:

Experimental Control Configuration Vehicle testbed, built from the third T-2 produced. Includes three canards.

Lightning Mate 18th Feb 2012 10:59

I've stopped banging my head against the wall - it's fruitless. :(

skytrain10 18th Feb 2012 11:50
