Looks Russian with the Aircon/APU from an Mi-8 under the nose Presumably an Ag-plane of some sort

Well once again I have absolutely no idea but it looks like a Pawnee shagging a Dyson. Any clues Noyade? Is it from your side of the planet?

Ag plane it is. The shagger is a 350 hp Lycoming - the Dyson is a 108 hp Lycoming.
No sheep involved.
American.
First flight 1965.
