First flight in Mooney 201.

We were supposed to fly a Cessna 152, but somehow someone else booked it, so the Mooney was the only “trainer” plane available.

Turn right, turn left, up, down, all while zipping along at high speed. :-)

Beech E-18 at a drop zone where some friends were skydiving. I was more comfortable staying in the plane as an observer, but the pilot let me fly it for a while before we landed.

My hours are split about 50:50 between Pipers and Cessnas.
Usual list for a private pilot:
Piper Tomahawk
Piper Warrior
Cessn 140
Cessna150
Cessna 152
Cessna 172

Beech Bonanza, Again, a friend gave me the controls of the plane, but not enough to log.

And if you are asking how many types that I have flown in, as opposed to have flown…

The list goes on.

I think the first time I got air sick was in a DC-3, but I was very young and green in judgement, or at least green due to the turbulence.

There is one that didn't happen, sat for hours in the ops. room at Bovingdon waiting for the Wx to lift to allow a flight in a Meteor T7. We were allowed in a T7 because it didn't have an ejector seat and CCF cadets weren't trained.Needlless to say the Wx didn't clear.

Can't compete with most of those wonderful lists/memories above, but one day in Kenya back in 2019 I flew in a DHC-6, DHC-7 and DHC-8, one after the other, in that order...that made the teenage plane spotter in me smile.

As SLF it's been fun reading this and made me compile my own list - which isn't worth posting at about 25 types so far.
I expect a few more might occur to me. There's some "don't-knows" - flying from Bratislava to Prague in '97, I remember it was probably an Antonov - any ideas?
Lots of DC-3 mentioned but I (in my mid-fifties) *might* be the youngest person here to take a scheduled flight in one rather than a "jolly". The one I remember involved a desert-strip landing where we all had to disembark whilst hand-pumped refueling took place. I threw a spectacular strop and was allowed back (accompanied by cabin crew) to retrieve my teddy. Of course, being a devious toddler, I just wanted to get back on the plane and be the only passenger allowed to break the rules. Worth it - don't think I have been in a silent and empty airliner since.
[I think I've mentioned this before but the search tool can't find it - so apologies for repetition, if so.]

Just happened to be going through log-books for other reasons but was rather proud of my many types. Then stumbled on this thread and feel very, very, low down in ramking.

I started on Bolkow Junior at Shoreham and ended with A340. Quite a few in between including Boeings, but, ohmigosh, you lot.........I am NOT worthy !

Aaaaaah. Feel a bit more worthy. Just noticed the opener asked about aircraft "flown in" rather than "flown". Up their with you heavyweights and can offer a long list . First was a KLM DC4. I was 5. Walking out to the aircraft, I noticed a long metal tube thingy was stuck on the underside of the tail and looked as though it was there to stop the tail falling to the ground.

The last was a Eazy 73, in and out of Gatters for the Air Europe re-union. L o n g list in between.

Some very impressive lists there. However, like MFC Fly, I too have flown in the Beagle Husky, courtesy of No 5 AEF at Cambridge.
The nice pilot let me fly it for a while, and I succeeded in making one of the other cadet's air sick. He never forgave me for that!
