What Cockpit?
This is a tough one.
The petrol valve in the lower right corner can be typically British.
Something just after WW1 and somewhat bigger than a Sopwith Camel or such fighters.

A bit unfair perhaps as there is nothing in the pic to lead you to an answer. This is in fact a scarce development of a much better known aircraft so the base type will be accepted.
British, first flight a year after the Camel and much bigger and far more sophisticated. Excellent performance and ordered in thousands but only a few hundred actually built.
Many enjoyed lengthy careers after the war in various guises.

Martinsyde Buzzard?
This one is a bit odd - it's quite hard to find tw o pictures that show identical cockpits..........

whilst we watch the clock........

24 hours up more or less - yes the Alize - as I said hard to find two pictures with identical cockpits

"Indeed a French Crusader." - well I'll be damned................... aplogies
The ejection seat looks like a Martin Baker mk10.
Which is only used in the Tucano and the Super Tucano.
That fits the canopy shape but not the HUD and dash.

pretty modern cockpit - I though it might be the Balzac but it's later than that
