Thanks David, very generous mate, I didn't have time to check out my hunch, but I thought it looked too small for the Cyclone
I've been very busy all morning and I won't be able to monitor very often this pm as I've got a business call from Canada at 3 o/c, but will do what I can as I don't like to throw another OH.

A well timed return from my part-time duties!
It is indeed the one Lavochkin La-9 that was fitted with two underwing PVRD-450 auxiliary ramjets and given the Designation La-138
