Not a "Homebuild" aircraft, but produced by a well known American aircraft manufacturer as an attempt to enter the light aircraft market.

ASI on the CW-1

Perhaps Airbus would like to install the new generation Air Speed Indicator.... almost fool proof, but might ice up.

Calibration is easy with a pair of tin snips.
