The early bird catches the worm! An A-26K and PSP. It couldn't be anywhere else but NKP.
Given the reputation of the Air Commandos for eccentric uniforms, the ground crewman is very smartly turned out.
You have control.
PS It looks like sandbag chocks with no ropes attached. Great care required during chocks-away!

This aerodrome was built on occupied French soil for the Imperial German Flying Corps, and Manfred Von Richthofen was stationed there at the start of his flying career. The aerodrome was under new management when the photograph was taken!
