Yes and no TC: It never occurred to me that a tandem wing would be a monoplane. Probably could have spent a full week on that.
Ho hum.
You think Mate will get on line tonight?
And: how do you like the AQ A(u)ntie?
Edit: Night! See you in the morning.

I had some nice clues lined up, but skytrain swooped first!
I expect David will look-in before he turns-in and give the night shift a chance for a turn, prolly too late for you though
AQ was a bit too easy really, took all of a minute to confirm it
Edit: I see you've turned-in Reg, sleep well mate
I've just had another call that delayed my reply. They're going to drop the connection in ten minutes for a couple of hours, so I'm logging out too while I can .

TC has it.
The Waterman was designed to reduces gust response bt varying the dihedral and incidence - ridiculous idea if you ask me!
TC has the thread, but he did declare OH.

Yeah, not all that accurate it would seem...
Edit: since 1) I have no idea what yours is and 2) since this glitch in Pprune gives me an unfair advantage, I will refrain from competing until things are back to normal.

Mate, there is an irregular irregularity (sic!) in PPRuNe that sometimes makes a response to get an earlier time stamp than the question (or one get a time advantage to another). No idea how it works but it might be something to do with mirroring servers whose clocks are not in sync.
Unfortunately, you apparently cannot run it "by order" .
Edit: Responded PM Mate, but now you cannot play if you read my response .

Gentlemen, just to make it perfectly clear: Mate did not ask a favour, only a question which I could only answer by giving something away.
Please all other: Fire free.
EDIT: Sequel clue:
but HE continued HIS life as an elder statesman of aviation
Please all other: Fire free.
EDIT: Sequel clue:
The last of HIM we heard in this respect

HappyPass, just read your edit above. It has been going on several days now and caused more problems in other threads (like JB "Last two letters start the next word." as one can imagine.
So no guarantee that it will go away any time soon. Same with many other small nuisances of the life.
Forward, brave soldiers, forward! keep the chase.
Edit: See () this got the time stamp when I started writing, not when I saved it .

Hi RR!
I'm not upset about the occasional bug that may come up.
I've decided to confine myself to watching because if I didn't it would be difficult to 1) read the thread with all answers and questions mixed up and 2) determine to whom a kill should be awarded when two answers are posted in quick succession.
