No, its not. The detail is in the picture, and it would say you no for both of your stabs so far.

We may need Graeme to wake up and tell you why I say so.

Pilot’s equipment should be safely stowed in their underwear in such a way that it will not distract them during critical phases of the flight.
You have obviously never sat in a Martin Baker seat and pulled the negative g strap tight.....
