The Rohrbach Cyclogyro: 1933.

Probably the same as we has in March, 2011, although it was said to be 1934.

Edit: No, the one looks different.

Or is it the Platt Cyclogyro, or are they the same thing?

I think Mate is correct. I find the same picture with two names, and Platt looks more plausible.

LM has it. The Platt Cyclogyro. See aerofiles.com for details. LM has control.
