Not that either David. Something altogether rarer....just the one built.

See you're still there David...to keep things moving along as it seems to be just you and I, do you need a clue?

Sorry mate - I was disdtracted by some paperwork.

I have looked at all Yugoslavian manufacturers which I can find, but the only models which resemble yours have been the guesses I have posted above.

Design commenced in 1953, and first flew in 1958. Fitted with an Italian CNA engine which reportedly had problems that resulted in development of the aircraft not going beyond the prototype stage.

Presumably the engine preceded the aeroplane, so is the powerplant a CNA D series ?

Not an Avia Martin.

Just to remind everyone, we are looking for:
- an aircraft whose design commenced in 1953 and first flew in 1958
- only one produved
- from Yugoslavia
- fitted with a CNA D4 engine

A simple google search should identify it!

I haven't found a photo yet and unfortunately I still have no home Internet at the moment, so OH please if correct!!

It is indeed the BS-1 Trevor - well done Incidentally wiki refers to it as the AAK BS-1 Student.

According to Wiki it's at the Belgrade Aviation Museum - I have a feeling one of our regulars has visited there

Sorry David...after all the effort you were pipped at the post. In the circumstances since Trevor has declared OH, I am sure no-one would object if control went to you.

Good morning all.

I will be only able to monitor intermittently until lunchtime.

This one is not obscure......
