Thanks Reg,

Goodnight and sleep well

I'm going to turn in now as I've gotta be up at 4am; so it's an Open House, have you got anything to leave up for the late shift Graeme?

Edit: All lights out, off to bed and work I guess, so maybe the late shift will post!

Have a good day Graeme

Can I encourage some on-lookers (friends call you lurkers) to give a stab by saying

1. The silhouette is probably or a planned or re-planned version, and the one that flew had one distinctive difference.

2. It (the aircraft) did not make it to do what it was built for.

Morning/Afternoon Graeme.

Everything to do with the ill-fated Sikorsky S-35! Crashed at take-off for Paris .

Over to you

So where's your three-view from? Very different to the S-35?

Easy one...

The three-view is from a French publication (general science, not aviation). Posted the three-view first and only then looked at other pictures. Thought: WTH, I can give the rest of the story in clues. The difference, as I can see, is only in the nacelles.

The three.view is probably something for the future "standard model", not meant for records.

Your challenge looks very familiar, but I cannot look more now.

Will be of some hours now. See you later.

Ditto!

Don't forget, when you find it, continue on. No confirmation required.

Cheers!

Thank you skwinty.

I am trying to work out what we will all call you - probably SK or SW.

It saves time when someone knows a challenge and time is vital. I do hope you stay with us - be prepared to take banter......and throw it back..........!!

I am not normally around from about 1630 Prune time for an hour or so.

Please standby.......
