Internet speed is dying (64kbs?) and it's taking about 40 seconds to refresh a page
Sounds like living in Wales - I get used to that!

David, not Manhatten, but it is a Patterson-Francis design

The aircraft is in fact the Patterson-Francis Flying Boat from 1913.

I see AQ have recorded it as the Handley Page M.69 Marathon!! Still they appear to have accepted Miles as an alternative answer
