The Whitney Boomerang?
Not entirely sure on the status of this aircraft. Seemed the manufacturer got in to financial difficulties. 
Looks like a low tail Piper Tomahawk!

Well, its been wet, then more wet, then just damp, and then wet again! In short a lot of rain and some localised floods - temperatures are a little below average, typically around 18-20C. Due to warm up and dry up over the next few days though
