Has the headmaster closed the playground?
Well, there certainly doesn't look like much danger of one of those mad playground collisions does there !!

Not many about today and of course LM can't play!

My home internet went down Sat afternoon, dunno when it'll be fixed as there's a line fault to be found and fixed.

SD; I think we are in need of a clue or two, so I'll start the ball rolling.

Mountainous background and the cars look European, is this correct?

Odd looking wing-tip, so does the wing have end-plates or a bevelled U/S at the tips?

Homebuilt or kit, single-seater

Not European or U.S.,SincoTC. It was a home build, and described as a scale model for another project! Wing tips are beveled up. Built in 1957.

Thanks SD,

Not European or U.S.
So, any other part of the Americas then; or are should we be looking to the Far East or Japan?

Inverted 4-cyl in-line engine?

Off home now, will resume search later IF connection permits

I should stay at work mate, and drop down to that nice pub at the end of the lane for dinner.

Mind you, I don't want to take my Merc down there often - your Merc of course is worth fifty quid.

....sorry mate......

Not Japanese nor South American,SincoTC. Think Antipodean.
Initially powered by a Continental C-65, after some fifty years was re-engined with a Continental C-85.
Still operational.

That's true, it might be. I went for the UT-2 because of the fin shape - the curve ahead of it. The YAK-18 (and the Lazarov) has a clean angle joint. RR

I have no doubts about the Lazarov because I found Brians' image on a 3-view.

You been away Martin?

To anyone coming on thread, this is not a challenge.

LM, aka "Captain David" aka "Sir Lightning" is spot on. Yes, the Bulgarian LAZ-7M. There was a version powered by an inline engine. He who must be obeyed has control.

Well, as far as forum posters go, you have a demanding, extrovert type "A" persona.
Not unexpected, given your fighter pilot past.
