Good morning... Maverick Smartjet?
Edit; or maybe Cruiserjet.

OH if correct.

Karl, close enough, although technically its neither of those. It's a Maverick 1500 TwinJet kitplane. You'll see the window layout differs from both the CruiserJet and SmartJet but the silhouette is very close to the former.

Nice isn't it . Not a homebuild. Designed as a trainer.

A trainer? For what, Ken? It looks like a Grumman Widgeon on wheels! Any connections, no matter how remote?

Edit: Ken, forget the silly Widgeon connection! I'm guessing it was a STOL machine? A trainer for that? A bush plane?

No connection with the Widgeon mate.

Pilot trainer, including remote areas and mountains, so perhaps it would fall in to the Bush Plane category? Not actually described as STOL but it does have a relatively short take-off/landing distance.

Surely not David....? Looks very much like a Be.200? Morning by the way

Does look familiar though....just a case of remembering where I've seen it

Thought you'd like that one Martin. I was wondering if it had made an appearance at MAKS...?
