Edit: FVM / CVM Thumbelina.... interesting, it has a rotating radial engine.

Regarding the "rotating radial", in aviation parlance, it is called a "rotary" engine, not to be confused with the NSU/MAZDA rotary auto engine.

The rotary aero-engine was not uncommon in WW.I aeroplanes.
