Ridge Runner is correct. Wiesbaden-Erbenheim, Hessen, Germany. You have control. Here is photo taken during the Berlin Airlift: (for an excellent B&W aerial shot circa 1950, go to usarmygermany.com)

It was the distinctive yellow Royal Brunei colour scheme that speeded up the search. Here is another ( relatively) modern one.......

How about west Africa; the Gambia; there's a strip upriver which I can't remember the name of and the picture does show a river in the background.
