Corsairoz.
To the best of my knowledge, the airfield/airport is not a rebuild.
Having looked on Google Earth, I cannot see any buildings/lodges of any significance close by. It is a County Airport within a State.

Mr.Grubby.
Mr.Paul Freeman has an interesting site which relates to "Abandoned and Little known Airfields" of the U.S.A. He appears not to have Andrews Field listed for Nevada.

Looking at the terrain and flora I would move further North into Canada.

So far I have found Lee County Airport (Robert E Lee), and Union County Airport, both in Virginia.
Both fit the clue...neither fit the picture. Onwards....
Edit: and then...... Gotcha !!! Lunenburg County Airport, Virginia......

Well, its a distance from Maranello.....and car manufacture is not the first thing that springs to mind.....
Indeed cars might not be needed with TGV's thundering past on those train tracks.......
Although there is a racing historical link.
