Once again I do not wish to dampen your enthusiasm but may I refer you to my previous Post#1822 it is the thread's protocol for the winner of the current challenge to post the next picture. S'land has a challenge that is still extant, refer to Post #1820. If we have several challenges running at the same time it causes confusion.

Sorry to mess up your forum I hope you will forgive me being a beginner.
If I understand you correctly only the winner of the current challenge is entitled to make the next move.
And what happens if the challenge is not accepted and nobody knows what the submitted item is?
Is there a time limit within which the "sbmitter" has to show his cards and solve the riddle (if nobody guesses of course)?

That is correct.
There is no time limit if after a day or so there have been no takers or nobody is getting near the answer the challenger provides a clue if it is obvious that the challenge is going no where the challenger "shows his cards" as did one11 at Post #1791 and declares open house.
Incidently was I correct regarding your aircraft? I am sure it is the plans of the Miles Hawk Speed Six G-ACTE that took part in the Spanish Civil War with bombs fitted?

Yes, MReyn you are absolutely right it is a Miles Hawk and it took part in that tragedy which was the spanish civil war. By the way I am a freak of aircrafts which took part in that particular conflict.

Thanks Mel, the trip could have been better.
Next clue/s. The aircraft was designed and built in the mid 1930's. It was designed with a special purpose in mind which would have resulted in a large production run. However, only one was actually built.

Sorry, but it has no connection to Howard Hughes, the Orgar powered glider, Poland or the Aero Research Ladybird.
Final set of clues.
The aircraft in question was built by an established agricultural machine company. This company still exists today, although it is now mainly concerned with mobile lifting equipment.
Ernst Udet flew this prototype.

I really do not know what to say. I was just about to give the answer and skytrain10 gives it for me.
It is indeed the Gruse BO 15/1, an attempt to create a "People's Aircraft". It was built by the August Gruse Maschinenfabrik and had a Köller m3 18hp engine driving a pusher propeller. It was a single seater with an operational weight of 306kg and a 108kg empty weight. My understanding is that there was only one built, registration D-YOYF, and that it was flown by Ernst Udet
