Thanks Reg,
Stay online mate, I need you to get my next one before I go this evening to keep the "Reg and TC show" rolling along!
LM's light is on, so I'm sure my next challenge will appear as soon as he's free!
Thanks for the re-assuring update RR, let's hope you get some spare time soon, but it's good that you're so busy

Coffee time!
Thanks LM, I see from my inbox that you already have ! Trouble is, what about you? There's no chance for you to play. I Hope to get my broadband sorted soon, (yeah, I know it's not the first time I've said that!!).
Not really a clue; just clarification, that's not an air data probe sticking out, it's a drive shaft for a 2-bladed prop (one blade of which can be seen in action below the trailing-edge on the left.

Thanks mate.
If RegDep gets it I shall wait for OH this time. Bad luck Regdep, but I want a go too!
I'll not play with the current one though.
Edit to say oops............

Bonjour Richard,
You have it sir, also known as the "Red Bird" I believe. Edited to say I just realised that I'm an Idiot as that's what you said (my excuse is that I rushed into my office, saw your answer and pasted my answer and shot back to the workshop, got there and realised what you'd said)
You have control

Bradenav, I don't want to give an impression of nonchalance, so some questions: This seems to have an two-cylinder air cooled horizontal engine and seems a two-seater, maybe a trainer. Although you say the ailette is mentioned in French, it needs not to be from France (but from a French magazine?). So, how about if I exclude France, Italy and Germany?
EDIT to say that I did not see your latest edit. But it does not change anything in my post, does it?

Engine is a 40 hp Praga B2 .
It was a side by side two seater ,not a trainer ,but a "avion de tourisme" (tourism aircraft)
Only one was built, in a pretty well known company ,of the northwest part of continental Europa.
The source is a french magazine ,but it's not french.
It's described on the W.W.Web.
I hope this will help ;

No success yet, and I gotta go.
So far Pander P3 would look OK by exclusion; have not seen picture yet. Might be a bit early for Praga B2, but Holland would be northwest continental Europe.
