Yes.

I'm beginning to think it's a home-built.

On a whistlestop tour of Europe at the moment.

It's very unusual in that for directional stability it utilises conventional fins instead of placing them at the tips of a swept-back wing.

I really have no idea on that LM....but if you're "fishing" (excuse the pun) the Rhine does pass through more than one country!
