It's a ringer for this one, but it's a flying boat.

Was there ever a land-based version?



Just discovered that there was - the model F1A.

I couldn't find any photos of it though, except on one site which refused to show me "copyrighted image".

Now we know that it was a converted flying boat, it explains the nosewheel. A flying boat is never designed to be tail-heavy.
