Hello
Not french at all ,but from the States :
It's the DORMOY BATHTUB built in 1924 .
A copy (N50645) was built and flown by Mike Kimbrel in 1978 .

Something tells me that you have the same reading material that I have! Yes, it is the Sukhoi assault transport project. Interestingly - and you'll know this - it was planned to have additional "add-on" undercarriage for rough field work.
