How do you do it Skytrain10? Yes, the Lithuanian ANBO VIII. A one-off from the pen and pencil of Antanas Gustaitis. First flight was 1939 and probably ended up inthe USSR somewhere. Gen. Gustaitis was captured by the Russians and apparently murdered in 1941!

Thanks RR, and an interesting history. Took me a little while to find it as that wing had me looking in entirely the wrong part of the world (Japan, to be precise!). Still, got there in the end.

this is Nicolai Zuchenko's VTOL of 1939.....it was a good try but didn't leave the ground....

My interpretation of the forum etiquette is that, as you identified Carsons' challenge, you are entitled to take control.
I feel it matters not that Carson left the ID on his picture. This happenned before to me once with a Cant seaplane.
As far as I am concerned, you have control.
