Anbo Viii

How do you do it Skytrain10? Yes, the Lithuanian ANBO VIII. A one-off from the pen and pencil of Antanas Gustaitis. First flight was 1939 and probably ended up inthe USSR somewhere. Gen. Gustaitis was captured by the Russians and apparently murdered in 1941!

Over to you!

Thanks RR, and an interesting history. Took me a little while to find it as that wing had me looking in entirely the wrong part of the world (Japan, to be precise!). Still, got there in the end.

Well, not sure how long this one will last. We will see!

PS By sheer miracle I could log in, I tried before at least ten times because I also knew the ANBO but no way the system wouldn't let me in....It's a hard life isnt'it?

Thumbs up

RR,

My interpretation of the forum etiquette is that, as you identified Carsons' challenge, you are entitled to take control.

I feel it matters not that Carson left the ID on his picture. This happenned before to me once with a Cant seaplane.

As far as I am concerned, you have control.

LM
