It's the Rearwin (later Commonwealth) Skyranger.
A/c portrayed in the photo is G-RWIN, manufactured in 1940.

Engines typically Argus, probably one of the later V-8s The AS 401 or 402 which used the airdriven propeller pitch change system.

RR it seems that Wikipedia is badly messed up /outdated re. Zlin and Morava, and the Z-20 does not appear anywhere there. Maybe it has fallen between the cracks, when Zlin was taken into government ("people") possession and Z-20 prototype was not "allowed" to go to production.
