Umm, oh, pretty sure I had that.
There was a Skycar IV that was rebranded under the Convair name. Aerofiles has a 3-view of it but there is some question as to what the Convair model number was.

Ah got it, thanks! I've just found the same image on a certain website - somewhat misleading as the title implies its a Convair 106!

It is indeed the Manotskov Kashuk from Russia - well done
. It was derived from the Antonov 9 glider.
