I think it is the Bartini, and we had it a short while ago, but it probably is not yet on Mel's list.

I do hope all is well with you. I have not had cardiac surgery, but several femural artery bypasses and it ain't funny.

Could almost be Liore-Olivier H-246 if the cockpit were… And maybe yours is a bit smaller than 246…..
