Thanks Noyade, I'm not one of the experts on this thread, it was just a lucky guess enabled by your clues & Google.

Thanks Backgound Noise.
Please be my guest and go ahead and post. The one I had ready even though cropped can be so easily found by Google image it is not worth posting.

Ok, last one. Here the ac rolls round the AI (unlike the ones above) but spot the difference in pitch.
Actually this one is not airworthy, and I'm not certain of the type, but lets ee what anyone makes of it. You'll be pleased to see it also has a busoli!

Its a later model (perhaps licence built?) early Bolshie s/e jet.
The obvious choice is Mig 15?
Agh! That AI is even worse!

Since I can't be sure, I can't legislate but not a 15 I don't think. The Poles had their own versions of those early Migs - it may well be a WSK Lim-6M which is a Polish-built Mig 17. It doesn't seem to be quite the same as pictures I can find on the web except that the only one I can find with the white stripe in the same place is a Mig 17. Anyway it's a simulator so who knows.
